How do I choose the right size for my child?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since children grow quickly, we recommend measuring your child's height and chest and comparing it to our guide. If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering one size up for comfort.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. You can initiate a return request directly through your account dashboard.
How long does shipping take within India?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Are the fabrics safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, at KidsCity.in, we prioritize comfort. Most of our apparel is made from 100% premium cotton and non-toxic dyes to ensure they are gentle on your child's delicate skin.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
