Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your KidsCity.in account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the clothing is unwashed, unworn, and tucked safely into its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices intact.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure someone is available to hand over the parcel.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 3-5 business days.
